The large living/dining area is light and fresh in the summer and during those occasional cooler evenings during the winter months you can enjoy the open fire as well. It's a well balanced mix of a cosy rustic feel yet light with modern touches in the bathrooms and a bright kitchen which connects to the living area. The finca faces east south and west with great views to enjoy from every window.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a own entrance in the back and a further bathroom and guest toilet. There is also an office, which can be converted into a smaller bedroom.
There are another 2 bedrooms in the guest house which also has another bathroom. The finca also has central heating in most of the rooms, when needed. There are also solar panels on the roof of the indoor pool area. The indoor pool can be enjoyed during the warmer months with windows that open from all sides to enjoy the fabulous views and there is also a shower and a jacuzzi enjoy. There is plenty of space to also use this area as a gym.
The finca has extensive mature gardens with many areas and corners to relax quietly in the morning to start your day, or with a cool drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset. The BBQ area provides a great area to entertain friends and family. The rest of the undulating plot is spread over terraced levels.
The finca is very conveniently placed. Within 5-7 minutes you can be enjoying one of the most beautiful white washed villages in Andalucia, Mijas Pueblo. Within 25 minutes you reach the beach and Fuengirola, a large town with all amenities and facilities to enjoy. For convenience you can also catch the train here which takes you to various other coastal resorts and on to the airport and Malaga city itself for a great day out.
